This green tea comes from the Jiangxi region. Specifically from the famous Lu Shan Mountain. Yun Wu ( Clouds and mists) is one of the most famous teas in China. Our tea comes from an area where the tea bushes are not cultivated in the traditional way, but are wild and grown from seed. Production is traditional and hand harvesting took place in early May.
Aroma: attractive, sweet, fresh with notes of young peas, green asparagus, dried flowers, hazelnuts and cocoa
Taste: medium-bodied, fresh with dominant notes of green peas, strawberries, fresh flowers, spices and cocoa
