A beautiful tea from the Hioki (Kagoshima) area. It was made from the Saeakari cultivar which is grown from seed by our farmer. The bushes were shaded for 10 days. Processed in a modern way and lightly steamed.
Aroma: attractive, distinctive with a dominant note of freshly cut grass, seaweed and raspberries
Taste: full-bodied with dominant notes of salt water, seaweed and rare spices
