A beautiful tea from the Satsuma (Kagoshima) area. It was made from the Asanoka cultivar, which is grown from seed by our farmer. Made with a modern method and lightly steamed.
Aroma: attractive, distinctly fruity, with a dominant note of freshly cut grass and strawberries
Taste: full-bodied with dominant notes of strawberries, fresh flowers, seaweed and rare spices
