Popis
Bai Mu Dan (White Peony) is rightly described as the most famous white tea in the world. Its production and light roasting allows the tea to be sipped immediately after production, but also archived for decades.
This tea is sourced from 2015 material from the mountain area around Fuding and then pressed into 200g cakes.
Old white teas are very popular in Asia. One reason, of course, is that it is a good investment material, but another is that its taste is similar to red teas and roasted wulongs.
