This tea is our classic. It comes from the Tsuyuhikari cultivar grown in the Kimotsuki (Kagoshima) area. It is harvested in early May, made in a modern way and lightly steamed
Aroma: attractive and distinctive with dominant notes of seaweed, green asparagus and freshly cut grass
Taste: very full-bodied with dominant notes of seaweed, forest fruits and rare spices
