Qi Lan (奇兰), or rare orchid, is originally a variety of oolong grown in Anxi, but in the 1930s it began to be cultivated in the Wu Yi area. Nowadays, it has caught on very well there and is one of the most cultivated types in the Wu Yi area.
Our tea is roasted for 2 x 8 hours in an electric oven.
In the aroma we can smell the intense fragrance of flowers, almond milk, strawberries, chocolate or spices.
The taste is full-bodied, attractive, floral with dominant notes of almond milk, dried flowers, rare spices and meadow honey.
